Information
  • For passengers boarding at Kichijoji Station, please pay your fare by cash or multi-trip coupon ticket using the fare machine inside the bus.
  • For passengers boarding at Haneda Airport, please receive your ticket reservation ticket at our counter or vending machine and then make your payment when boarding the bus. For customers planning to use multi-trip coupon tickets, first receive your reservation ticket and then exchange it for a ticket.
  • Multi-trip coupon tickets for the Haneda Airport route are sold at all Kanto Bus offices, information centers, Area Bureaus, at Kanto Kanko office, at our airport counters and inside our buses.
  • Our seating policy is first come first served (up to 50 passengers). In the case that our bus is full, you will not be allowed to board.
  • Please take as many of your belongings as possible inside the bus as there is limited space inside the luggage trunk. Use of the luggage trunk is left to passengers' free will.
    Always have your seatbelt fastened while sitting in the bus (since June, 2008, all passengers in vehicles must wear their seatbelt in accordance with the Partial Revisions of the Road Traffic Law).
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the bus.
  • Please refrain from talking on your mobile phone while inside the bus.

  • Buses bound for Narita Airport from Kichijoji Station are for passengers with reservations only. Reservations can be made anytime from one month up until 7 pm the day before departure. Reservations are handled at the Odakyu Bus Reservation Center or at Hassha All Right Net. We will inform you of your reservation number upon reservation. Please purchase your ticket using the reservation number you receive any time up until the day before your departure. It is our policy that passengers with tickets are given the privilege of boarding our buses first, but if there are extra seats available, customers without reservations may also purchase tickets to ride.
  • Buses bound for Kichijoji Station from Narita Airport all operate on a first come first served basis. Reservations are not accepted. Please purchase a ticket as soon as possible before the departure time at the Bus Tickets Counter in the Arrival Lobby of Narita Airport. Our baggage policy allows for each passenger to bring one piece of luggage that does not exceed 30kg in weight nor the dimensions of 50x60x120cm in overall size. We will attach a label to your piece of luggage and hand you a ticket for it, so please do not lose the ticket during your trip as you will need it to receive your luggage when you reach your destination.
  • We cannot allow more passengers to ride than the rider capacity designated in each bus.
